You were built to be needed.
That restless drive you feel isn't a flaw. It's fuel with nowhere to go. Bring your energy and help us point it at something real. This is the purpose engine we're building together.
Real places, real times, real needs: post the first opportunity, or be among the first to answer one.
Find your role. Local organizer, area responder, sanctuary/farm helper, translator, mentor, ambassador, or listener: help us open the first of these.
Small hours, real weight. Give what you can. Every hour will land on an actual person who needs it.
Grow while you give. Skills, friendships, and the quiet confidence of mattering.
Three honest steps.
1Join as a Triber
Create a free account or send the short form below. You get a real reply from a person, not an auto-loop.
2Browse the opportunity board
See what fellow Tribers need help with, and tap “I’ll help.” The person who posted is notified.
3Post a need of your own
Have a cause or a task that needs hands? Post it, and help us fill the very first board.
Honest answers before you volunteer.
How does volunteering on The Tribe work?
You join as a Triber, browse the opportunity board to see what fellow Tribers need help with, and tap to say you will help. The person who posted is notified. You can also post a need of your own. We are early, so you may be among the first to post an opportunity or answer one.
Do I need experience or special skills?
No. Bring whatever you have, from a few spare hours to a specific skill like teaching, first aid, translation, or web work. Roles range from local organizer to listener, and every hour lands on a real person who needs it.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining and volunteering are free, with no payment to start and no pressure. The Tribe runs on the Triber pledge, given back in your own way and never chased.
Can an organisation get involved?
We are early and building this together, so we do not list charity partners we do not have. If you run a cause or a group that needs hands, you are welcome to post the need and help us shape how organisations take part as the community grows.
How does volunteering help me meet people?
Giving your time is one of the most natural ways to belong. You meet fellow Tribers around a shared purpose, build skills and friendships, and feel the quiet confidence of mattering.
Will a real person reply?
Yes. A real person, not a bot, reads your message and replies personally, usually within 24 hours. Use the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp.
