The Tribe
The Tribe

Someone to talk to. Whenever it gets heavy.

You were never meant to hold it all alone. The Tribe is being built so you'll always have a real person to talk to, a warm, judgment-free listening ear when the worry or loneliness gets loud. Be one of the first, and help us build it.

A listening ear, not a lecture. We're gathering caring Triber listeners to hear you, not to fix or diagnose. Help us build it.

Talk it out, feel lighter. Vent, think out loud, or just be heard.

In a crisis? Real help is there now. We’re peers, not professionals, so if things feel dangerous, the free crisis lines below reach trained help far faster than we can.

What happens when you join

Three honest steps.

  1. 1Read the safety note first

We are not therapists or a crisis service. If you’re in danger, we point you straight to real help lines above.

  2. 2Reach out, however feels easy

Send the form below, WhatsApp, or email. A real person (not a bot) reads it.

  3. 3We read it, when we can

No fee, no judgment. We’re a small, growing volunteer effort, not a staffed service, so we can’t promise when. If you need help sooner, the crisis lines above are open right now.
