Are there jobs listed right now?
The job board is genuinely new, so you may find only a few roles, or none yet. That is honest: you could be one of the first to post a role, or the first to apply. Every role is posted by a real Triber, auto-expires after 30 days, and shows when it was last confirmed open, so there are no ghost jobs and no black hole.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining, the CV builder, the private job tracker, and applying are all free. There is no payment to start and no pressure. The Tribe runs on the Triber pledge, given back in your own way and never chased.
Who can post a job?
Any real Triber can post a role. Every listing is posted by a person, not scraped from elsewhere, it auto-expires after 30 days, and it shows when it was last confirmed open. Help us open the first doors by posting the first roles.
How do member referrals and introductions work?
As Tribers arrive, the point is people helping people: introductions, references, and a word put in for you, rather than cold applications into a void. We are early, so this grows as the community grows, and you can help build it from the first person.

Is my information private?
Yes. Your CV and details are private: only the founder sees them, and they are never shown publicly. Your private tracker and open-to-work status are yours alone unless you choose to share.
