For fan-owned clubs, supporters' trusts and grassroots football
A free, ad-free home for the people who already own their club.
The Tribe is new and small. We don't have a list of famous clubs to point to yet, just an honest offer: a free space for your supporters, built by people who like the idea of members having a real say, and an open invitation to help us build it with you.
Why a fan-owned club and The Tribe fit together
Fan ownership runs on one idea: the people who show up should have a say, not just a login. The Tribe is built the same way. There are no shareholders taking a cut. Members contribute 1% of their income, by their own ability, and no one is ever chased for it. There's no payment needed to start. We don't run ads, and we don't sell anyone's data, not to advertisers, not to anyone.
That's not a marketing line, it's how the thing is actually built. A supporters' trust and a membership platform that works the same way are, in our view, kindred spirits.
What your club or trust gets today

We're just beginning
The Tribe is early. We built this page to be honest about that, not to dress it up. We built the community and events tools first because we think fan-owned and grassroots clubs will actually use them, and we'd rather build the next parts with real clubs than guess on our own. If you set up a space here, you'd be one of our first, and we'll ask what you actually need before we build the next thing.
Questions clubs and trusts ask
Honest answers before you start.
Is The Tribe really free for a fan-owned club or supporters' trust?
Yes. Setting up and running your club's space is free, with no ads and no selling of your members' data. We are early and building this alongside our first clubs, so we would rather earn your trust than charge for it.
How is this different from a Facebook group or a WhatsApp chat?
A social feed you do not own can change its rules, bury your posts, or sell around your members overnight. The Tribe is built to belong to its people, not to advertisers, so your club's home stays yours and your supporters are treated as people, not as an audience to sell to.
Do we have to move our whole community over at once?
No. Most clubs start with one space for the people who are keenest, keep it going between matchdays, and grow it from there. You can run it alongside whatever you already use for as long as you like.
Who can see our club's space?
You decide. A space can be public, so anyone can find and follow your club, or private and members-only. Nothing is public by default that you did not choose, and you control who can join and post.
What does The Tribe get out of it if it is free?
We are building a membership platform that runs on trust, not ads. In time, members who value it contribute one percent of their income by their own ability, never chased and never required to start. Your club costs nothing and is never the product.
We are a small non-league or grassroots club. Is this for us too?
Especially you. The smaller the club, the more the community around it matters, and the more a free, ad-free home can help you organise, welcome newcomers, and keep people close between games.
Set up your club's space, or just talk to us first.
No cost, no catch, and no obligation to commit to anything beyond a conversation.
